All our staff work part time and we depend on volunteer helpers in order to provide a high level of service.

Volunteers help-By driving the minibus

- By serving teas, coffees and filled rolls

- By helping with handicrafts

- By guiding people on rambles

- By helping at craft sales

- By becoming trustees

- By reading the newsletter on to tape

- By visiting housebound people

If you are able to offer some of your time we shall be very grateful.

We rely heavily on donations and bequests to sustain our service as we receive no financial support from RNIB and only a small annual grant from Reading Borough Council. If you would like to help us, we are very grateful for all contributions to our valuable work. To offer your time as a volunteer please contact the office at Walford Hall.
